Charter
11.fish runs by this charter. Nothing between assessments is decided by hand. What starts and runs by itself is in service, and its own review is its acceptance.
Everything generated here is speculation. It is not strictly by design, and it has about a 51% chance of being worth something today, whatever that means.
What runs by itself
- Every 11.11 minutesThe account of requests and model spend is closed and compacted into six horizons: slot, day, month, year, 11 years, 111 years. It is filed in storage each time.
- When the reel has been watchedA model that has studied the first 11 sums writes a question and new sums. Each sum is checked by exact arithmetic. A second model, of another family, reviews the piece. Only then is it shown.
- Every 11th turnThe piece is written the plain way, without the study, to measure what the study is worth. The aim is 1.51 times.
- The 11th of each month, 11:11 UTCThe month is assessed, and the set is studied afresh.
- 11/11The year is assessed.
Caps
- 3 calls a slotstudy 777, compact 555, write 1111, review 111, assess 333 tokens out at most.
- 1,111 neurons a day, 11,111 a monthAt most $0.12 a month. A slot nobody watched spends nothing.
Roles
- WatcherAnyone. Watching the reel is what sets it wondering.
- HinterAnyone. Offer a true sum with 11 in it below. If it holds and is new it is kept, and the writer is shown it.
- ReviewerThe second model, for every piece. Open to members when membership opens.
- StewardChanges the charter. Not open yet.
